Any reliable screen with a modern web browser and internet connection can show Baxoon. A tablet, small computer, smart display or TV with a browser can work.
Does my team need individual accounts?+
No. The administrator owns the hub. Operators can use a branch PIN to control their display without creating an account.
What does the Free plan include?+
One limited, Baxoon-branded display and its customer engagement page. Mobile control is reserved for paid plans.
Can customers contact the shop?+
Yes. Your display can show a QR code leading to friendly actions such as ring the bell, leave a message, request a return notification, leave a review or visit your online store.
Can I manage several branches?+
Yes. Enterprise includes up to 10 displays in one hub. Additional displays are £5 each per month.
Can I change my plan later?+
